Delicious Mocha Collagen Fat Bombs that provide a keto energy boost for your day!
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup collagen peptides
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and almond butter until smooth.
- Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, collagen peptides, powdered erythritol, brewed espresso, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are completely solid.
- Once solid, remove the fat bombs from the tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try adding a few drops of peppermint extract for a mint mocha twist.
- You can substitute the almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for a different taste profile.
