Delicious Mocha Collagen Fat Bombs that provide a keto energy boost for your day!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, collagen peptides, powdered erythritol, brewed espresso, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the fat bombs are completely solid.
  6. Once solid, remove the fat bombs from the tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding a few drops of peppermint extract for a mint mocha twist.
  • You can substitute the almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for a different taste profile.
