  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it turns a deep amber color.
  4. Remove from heat and carefully whisk in the butter, miso paste, and vanilla extract until smooth.
