Mini Muffuletta is a delicious sandwich featuring a mix of olives, Italian deli meats, and provolone cheese, perfect for gatherings.

- 1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 pound Italian deli meats (such as salami, ham, and mortadella), sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 12 small sandwich rolls or slider buns
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the green olives, black olives, roasted red peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Slice the sandwich rolls in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- On the bottom half of each roll, layer a slice of provolone cheese, followed by a generous amount of the olive salad mixture, then add layers of the Italian deli meats.
- Top each sandwich with another slice of provolone cheese and the top half of the roll.
- Secure each mini muffuletta with a toothpick if needed, and serve immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

- For a vegetarian version, substitute the deli meats with grilled vegetables or additional cheese.
