Mini Cheeseball Bites are the perfect party snack!
Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 package of mini pretzel crisps or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the cheese mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each cheeseball in a mixture of chopped chives, walnuts or pecans, and dried cranberries or raisins until evenly coated.
- Place the cheeseball bites on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve the mini cheeseball bites with pretzel crisps or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
- You can also substitute the nuts with sunflower seeds for a nut-free version.
