Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices and lime juice. Toss to coat the cucumbers evenly.

  3. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the cucumbers and toss again until well coated.
  4. If using, add the chopped cilantro and crumbled queso fresco, gently mixing to combine.
  5. Let the cucumbers sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
