- 1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add the crumbled cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and chili powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
