Instructions

- Gradually incorporate the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture, stirring continuously until fully blended.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three parts, ensuring you maintain the airy texture.
- In a clean bowl, whip the heavy cream with the confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.
- Transfer the mousse into individual serving cups or bowls. Cover them and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, allowing the mousse to set properly.
- When ready to serve, generously sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top of each mousse for a sweet finishing touch.
