  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the white beans, almond butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, coconut flour, matcha powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
