Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the matcha powder with the brewed matcha tea until well combined.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the matcha tea mixture quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  4. Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
