A refreshing and delightful treat made with matcha and coconut.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup matcha powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- If desired, stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
