Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the cocoa and sugar are fully dissolved and the mixture is heated through, but not boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chocolate syrup until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate milk into two tall glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream to create a ghostly appearance.
- Arrange mini marshmallows on top of the whipped cream to resemble ghost faces. Use a toothpick or a small knife to create eyes and mouths with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
