  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
