  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, orange zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the cleaned and filleted anchovies in a shallow dish or a glass jar. Pour the marinade over the anchovies, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  3. Cover the dish or seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, gently toss the marinated anchovies with fresh parsley.
