Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
