- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a good stir and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For added crunch, include sliced bell peppers or radishes.
- If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a pinch of erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener to the dressing.
