Description

A refreshing summer sorbet made with ripe mangoes and a hint of Tajín for a zesty twist.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, lime juice, Tajín, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
  5. Once the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy, scoop and serve in bowls.

Notes
