A refreshing summer sorbet made with ripe mangoes and a hint of Tajín for a zesty twist.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, lime juice, Tajín, and water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
- Once the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy, scoop and serve in bowls.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more Tajín to taste.
- Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- This sorbet can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
