Description

Delicious and refreshing Mango Rose Popsicles with a hint of chili salt that will tantalize your taste buds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  3. Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. To make the chili salt, mix the chili powder and sea salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  6. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Sprinkle the chili salt over the popsicles before serving for an added kick.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, substitute half of the coconut milk with Greek yogurt.
  • Try adding a few fresh mint leaves to the blender for a refreshing twist.
