Delicious and refreshing Mango Rose Popsicles with a hint of chili salt that will tantalize your taste buds.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To make the chili salt, mix the chili powder and sea salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Sprinkle the chili salt over the popsicles before serving for an added kick.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, substitute half of the coconut milk with Greek yogurt.
- Try adding a few fresh mint leaves to the blender for a refreshing twist.
