  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped mango, lime juice, agave syrup, tamari sauce, garlic, and minced habanero peppers into a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is silky and smooth.
  3. In a medium saucepan, warm the avocado oil over medium heat.
  4. Once hot, add the blended mango concoction and allow it to come to a gentle boil.
  5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens to your liking.
  6. Season with sea salt and black pepper, tasting to ensure it meets your flavor preference.
