  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle in the chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the diced mango and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the mango to soften slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lime juice. Toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped cilantro.
