- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the tahini mixture. Whisk until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped mint, parsley, and dill until evenly distributed throughout the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lemon juice to your preference.
- For best flavor, chill the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over salads, grilled vegetables, or as a dip for fresh veggies.
