  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, chopped pecans, erythritol, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.

  6. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls, placing them on the lined baking sheet with enough space in between.
