Description

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
  3. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, ensuring the cheese is fully covered. Secure the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them lightly with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the top.
