Description
Delicious low-carb fat bombs infused with matcha and white chocolate, perfect for a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or other low-carb sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and almond butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the sugar-free white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir until they are fully melted and incorporated into the mixture. You can microwave the mixture in 15-second intervals if needed, stirring in between.
- Sift in the matcha green tea powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture is a uniform green color.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the fat bombs are solid.
- Once solid, carefully remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, try adding 1/4 cup of heavy cream to the mixture before pouring it into molds.
- Experiment with different flavors by adding a few drops of peppermint or almond extract for a unique twist.
