Description

Delicious low-carb fat bombs infused with matcha and white chocolate, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or other low-carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and almond butter. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the sugar-free white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir until they are fully melted and incorporated into the mixture. You can microwave the mixture in 15-second intervals if needed, stirring in between.
  3. Sift in the matcha green tea powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture is a uniform green color.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the fat bombs are solid.
  6. Once solid, carefully remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, try adding 1/4 cup of heavy cream to the mixture before pouring it into molds.
  • Experiment with different flavors by adding a few drops of peppermint or almond extract for a unique twist.
