- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each portobello cap with the lobster mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the lobster mixture.
