Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water (more if needed)
  • Paprika and chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley on top for garnish.
