Instructions
- Slice the yellow zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together sour cream, minced garlic, and chopped dill until well combined.
- To serve, place the garlicky sour cream mixture on a plate and top with the marinated zucchini.
