- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Lemon Dill Sauce
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet, skin side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the Lemon Dill Sauce and cooked pasta. Toss until the pasta is well coated in the sauce and heated through.
- Divide the pasta among plates and top each serving with a salmon fillet.
- Garnish with lemon zest and fresh dill. Serve hot and enjoy!
