  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on a plate.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Press the almond flour mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, forming a crust.
  6. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
