Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Taco toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the beef into small patties.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of shredded cheese, flattening them into circles.
- Bake the cheese in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until melted and slightly crispy.
- Remove the cheese from the oven and immediately place the cooked beef patties on top.
- Fold the cheese shells over the patties to form tacos.
- Top with your favorite taco toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the toppings.
- Experiment with different types of cheese for varied flavors.
