Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (preferably Korean milk bread)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread diagonally, making deep cuts but not slicing all the way through.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously between the cuts of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
