Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread is a deliciously fluffy bread filled with a creamy garlic cheese mixture, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 1 loaf of bread (preferably Korean milk bread)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread diagonally, making deep cuts but not slicing all the way through.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously between the cuts of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
- This bread is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
