Ingredients

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced onion, diced celery, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
