- 1 cup pecan halves, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, almond butter, melted coconut oil, sugar-free caramel sauce, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with coconut oil.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- If desired, roll each fat bomb in shredded coconut for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are firm.
- Once set, remove the fat bombs from the tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.
- Substitute the almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for a different flavor profile.
