Delicious Keto Salted Caramel Pecan Fat Bombs that are sugar-free and perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional, for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, almond butter, melted coconut oil, sugar-free caramel sauce, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with coconut oil.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  4. If desired, roll each fat bomb in shredded coconut for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are firm.
  6. Once set, remove the fat bombs from the tin and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
