Ingredients

  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by laying out the salami slices on a clean surface, slightly overlapping them to create a larger surface area.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salami slices.
  4. Place a few spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by a few slices of bell peppers and black olives.
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the salami slices tightly into a log shape.
  6. Once rolled, slice the log into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
  7. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to chill before serving.
