Instructions
- Begin by laying out the salami slices on a clean surface, slightly overlapping them to create a larger surface area.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salami slices.
- Place a few spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese layer, followed by a few slices of bell peppers and black olives.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the salami slices tightly into a log shape.
- Once rolled, slice the log into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
- Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to chill before serving.
