Instructions

- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Once thickened, stir the pudding again and serve in bowls or jars.
- Top with shredded coconut and fresh pineapple chunks if desired.
