Description

A quick and delicious meal featuring shaved beef steak, peppers, and cream cheese wrapped in provolone cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shaved beef steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • Optional: lettuce leaves for wrapping

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  2. Add steak and cook until browned. Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out provolone slices. Spoon steak mixture onto each slice and roll up.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melty, or serve cold in lettuce wraps.
