A quick and delicious meal featuring shaved beef steak, peppers, and cream cheese wrapped in provolone cheese.

- 1 pound shaved beef steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- Optional: lettuce leaves for wrapping
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Add steak and cook until browned. Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out provolone slices. Spoon steak mixture onto each slice and roll up.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melty, or serve cold in lettuce wraps.
Notes
- For a low-carb option, serve in lettuce wraps instead of using the provolone cheese.
