Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered erythritol, and sea salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they become frothy.
- Incorporate the melted butter, vanilla extract, and grated orange peel into the egg whites, mixing thoroughly.
- Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a uniform batter.
- Using a tablespoon, dollop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced about 3 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound gently with the back of the spoon to form thin circles.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching closely for a golden edge.
- Once done, take them out and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- While they are still warm, carefully lift each crisp with a spatula and drape them over a rolling pin or a glass to create a delicate curve.
- Allow them to cool completely in this shape.

- For a chocolate twist, incorporate 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder into the dry mix.
