Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered erythritol, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they become frothy.
  4. Incorporate the melted butter, vanilla extract, and grated orange peel into the egg whites, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a uniform batter.
  6. Using a tablespoon, dollop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced about 3 inches apart.
  7. Flatten each mound gently with the back of the spoon to form thin circles.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching closely for a golden edge.
  9. Once done, take them out and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet.
  10. While they are still warm, carefully lift each crisp with a spatula and drape them over a rolling pin or a glass to create a delicate curve.
  11. Allow them to cool completely in this shape.
