Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

  6. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
