- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into knots.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the knots with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
