A delicious and fluffy cloud bread recipe with everything bagel seasoning, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and half of the everything bagel seasoning until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating cloud-like shapes.
- Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top of each cloud.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
