Description

A delicious and fluffy cloud bread recipe with everything bagel seasoning, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and half of the everything bagel seasoning until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating cloud-like shapes.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top of each cloud.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
