  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a spacious bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar, chopped bell peppers, and onion, ensuring all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  4. Ladle the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each one about three-quarters full.
