Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or oil.
- In a spacious bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar, chopped bell peppers, and onion, ensuring all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
- Ladle the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each one about three-quarters full.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are set and golden.
