Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming rounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
