- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be used as a sandwich bread or served with dips.
