  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol, stirring well to blend.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Pour half of this brownie mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  6. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  7. Carefully layer this cheesecake mixture over the brownie base in the pan.
  8. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer, then use a knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together for a beautiful marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  10. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least half an hour before cutting them into squares.
