Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol, stirring well to blend.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
- Pour half of this brownie mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Carefully layer this cheesecake mixture over the brownie base in the pan.
- Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer, then use a knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together for a beautiful marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least half an hour before cutting them into squares.
