- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup imitation crab meat
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare cauliflower rice by grating cauliflower and steaming it until tender.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of cauliflower rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Add slices of avocado, cucumber, and imitation crab meat on top of the rice.
- Spread a small amount of cream cheese over the fillings.
- Carefully roll the sushi away from you, using the mat to help shape it tightly.
- Seal the edge of the nori with a little water.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include sesame seeds or wasabi.
- Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
