Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring a spicy and creamy jalapeño filling that takes your BBQ to the next level.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, and additional jalapeños
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and flatten each portion into a patty.
- Place a spoonful of the jalapeño cheese mixture in the center of two patties.
- Top with the remaining two patties and seal the edges to enclose the filling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the burgers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These burgers can also be cooked in a skillet if a grill is not available.
- Feel free to customize the cheese or add bacon for extra flavor.
