Jalapeno popper pigs in a blanket is an easy appetizer for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini hot dogs
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Place a mini hot dog on the wide end of each triangle and add a spoonful of the jalapeno cheese mixture.
  5. Roll the dough around the hot dog and cheese mixture, starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra spice, use spicy jalapenos or add hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
