- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for 1–2 hours.
- In a shallow dish, combine pecans, parsley, and extra bacon.
- Roll chilled cheese ball in coating until evenly covered.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
