- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Gradually add the almond flour, mixing until fully combined and a thick dough forms.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the fat bombs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, transfer the fat bombs to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
