Iowa Party Bites are delicious, easy-to-make appetizers perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 package (8 ounces) crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese and bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
- Substitute the bacon with diced ham or cooked sausage for a different flavor profile.
