Description

Infiltration Ice Pops are a refreshing and fun treat perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fruit juice (your choice)
  • 1 cup of diced fruits (berries, mango, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice pop molds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
  2. Add the diced fruits to the juice mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the ice pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing Infiltration Ice Pops!

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different fruit juices and combinations.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
