- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 2 tablespoons water (to thin, if desired)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- If the dressing is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, substitute half of the Greek yogurt with sour cream.
- Add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce for an extra kick.
