Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. If the dressing is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
