Instructions

  1. Gently warm the milk and dissolve the saffron strands in it, allowing them to steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt with the icing sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the saffron-infused milk, ground cardamom, and vanilla extract into the yogurt blend, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
