Instructions

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices on four of the bread slices.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches.
  6. Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve immediately.
